Frequently Asked Questions

What should I wear?
Casual clothes are fine. With regards to footwear, preferably no trainers as you will find it harder to move. Girls will find it easier with a small heel.

Is there parking?
Yes, there is parking behind the garage lot opposite the school.

Do I have to book beforehand?
No, just look at the class timetable, and turn up on at the time stated.

Do I have to pay for weeks in advance?
No, you can pay each week as you go.

Do I need a partner?
The only days we ask you to come with a partner are Fridays at Pulse 8 and Sundays at the School. The rest of the time we are happy for you to come without a partner.
